Eric Haversack has been a practicing attorney for more than 10 years.  He regularly practices in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland, and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.  He is very skilled in handling a variety of civil and criminal matters. He has extensive experience representing clients in personal injury, and commercial and business litigation matters throughout the state of Maryland.

Before entering private practice, Eric clerked for the Honorable Philip T. Caroom, Associate Judge, Anne Arundel County Circuit Court, 5th Judicial Circuit, where he gained invaluable trial court experience and worked with a docket that included civil, criminal, and juvenile matters.  In that position, he assisted in the drafting of judicial opinions and orders on various legal issues, including complex civil litigation, foreclosures, zoning, family law, criminal law, and administrative agency appeals to the Circuit Court.

Eric is a native of Maryland and currently resides in Annapolis, Maryland. He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland, where he majored in History and Education.  In 2005, he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
